Come and explore the museum after hours. You will be able to check out the exhibitions; grab a glass of wine or try their special thematic cocktail in their Apothecary Bar; participate in a couple of interactive activities, and experience a demonstration in the operating theatre of the surgical procedure that took place there in 1824 when surgeon, Mr. Benjamin Travers, amputated the leg of a Miss Elizabeth Raigen. Victorian Surgery was certainly bloody.
